CITYSCAPERS is a boutique garden and landscape design studio working in Portugal across Lisbon, Cascais, Estoril and the surrounding region. Founded in London, the studio brings over twenty years of international design experience to projects in Portugal, combining architectural clarity with deep horticultural thinking.
The studio is led by Nigel Gomme, who is personally involved in every project — from the first conversation through to design development and delivery. Working on a limited number of commissions allows for close collaboration, continuity of vision and a high level of design focus.
Immersive Gardens With Depth and Structure
Our work balances strong spatial structure with generous planting to create gardens that feel calm, immersive and deeply connected to place.
Alongside private residential gardens, the studio has experience designing roof terraces and selected commercial and public-facing landscapes, bringing the same design-led approach to more complex contexts.
We work with private clients, architects and developers who value thoughtful design, careful detailing and a collaborative process.
